Returns
Merchandise covered by manufacturer's warranty must be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair. ALL other merchandise must obtain a Return Autorization by calling our toll free number at 1-800-625-4090. Authorized returns must be sent prepaid to (no COD's):

Shipping
We normally ship by our choice of standard UPS Ground or Priority Mail. Some items may require an additional shipping charge due to size, weight or quantity ordered. These charges are listed with each item in our catalog and will show on your order. We use the following shipping table to estimate the maximum shipping charges to destinations within the US. When we fill your order, we will charge you only for the actual shipping costs, and never more than the maximum amount indicated on your order.
