Due to the harsh growing conditions in Alabama, both soil  and climate, fruits and vegetables have a much higher antioxident level. Their struggle to survive has actually make them stronger.

The Products

White Muscadine Vinegar
Estate grown muscadine grapes produce a vinegar very high in antioxidents at 545 ppm. This vinegar was awarded the prestigious Bronze Medal at the 2004 Mostbarkeiten competition in Austria. This vinegar is simply delicious!

Apple Vinegar
Thie is an aged vinegar with antioxidents at 330 ppm. Made from central Alabama apples, this traditional American-style vinegar is great for preserving. Apple vinegar has been a staple in America since colonial days.

Sugar Cane Vinegar
Home-grown Alabama Sugar Cane and Molasses are used to make this coveted vinegar. This product has a wide base of use, especially Asian, Caribbean and Cajun dishes.

Blueberry Vinegar
A truely unique vinegar made from premium berries grown from premium berries in Baldwin County Alabama. This superior vinegar product has 476 ppm of antioxidents

Cucumber Vinegar
One of our Gold Medal Winners it is made from vine-ripened cucmbers from Elberta Alabama. We took Gold with this outstanding Vinegar in 2005 Mostbarkeiten competition in Austria. At 178 ppm antioxidents, it is perfect for any salad, coldslaw or potato salad.

Malt Vinegar
Another Gol Medal Winner at Mostbarkeiten, Austria in 2006, this exceptional vingar starts out as Red Barley Malt Beer, make into vinegar and then aged in American white oak barrels. 842 ppm of antioxidents and simply delicious, outstanding with seafood
